We were some of Susan Morley /Happy Tails first clients. She and her husband Rocky are considered family members to us. They cared for our "son" Baxter for several years until we moved over seas. Upon returning to Katy, we were thrilled to have them back in our lives. When we lost our beloved Baxter, who was 18 years old, they grieved with us. We now have another "child", Bentley. Susan and Rocky came over to spend time with Bentley to get to know him before his first sitting was scheduled. They truly have a heart for all the pets they care for. They are the ONLY folks we would ever consider leaving our Bentley with. We NEVER have to worry about his care. I am an EXTREMELY picky Mom and they always carry out all Bentley's special
Needs. They are super folks and we are so thankful to have them as Bentley's "second parents." Happy Tails/ Susan and Rocky will always be # 1 in our book! They are true professionals.

Susan Morley/Happy Tails has been our pet sitter for the past year and a half and we couldn't be happier. I've employed different pet sitters for many years and this company is the best I have ever had. They are COMPLETELY dependable, take such good care of our dog and he absolutely loves them. Just last week I was teasing him about leaving his toys out and said that "Rocky and Susan are going to see your toys everywhere". Just at the mention of their names, he runs to the door hoping they were there. They have never cancelled on us nor when called at the last minute because we are stranded in town for meetings, have never said no to letting our dog out.
We don't have family members in the area that we can call on to help us out in these situations but feel as if our friends at Happy Tails are family. You will not be disappointed but will feel they love and care about your pet as much as you do.

My 5 star review is for the sitter. I have known her for years and there is not a more loving animal advocate. She has always fostered lost and abandoned animals as well as adopting those unwanted by others. She has done all of this at her own expense.
I will continue to trust her with my grand dogs as they love her as well as our entire family.

Maddy - She's so cute
Happy Tales has been caring for our dogs for many years. They are wonderful! Our dogs are happy to see us when we get home, but they are calm and happy within 15 minutes. Nothing like the behavior we have seen when boarding, they are anxious, nervous and panting for an entire day afterward. Happy Tales are very competent giving medications and taking good care of my sick dogs when I was in Europe. - Happy Tails Pet Sitting has been part of our family for more than 5 years and we couldn’t lead our busy lives without them. We started out having one older golden who immediately fell in love with Rocky and Susan and looked forward to their two a day visits every work day. Then we added our golden girl Maddie, a rambunctious puppy to the mix and they gave her the time (and patience) that a new puppy needed. Their flexibility of adding an additional visit or giving them a medicine was always met with a “sure no problem”. Never once in the 5 years have they had to cancel a visit.
